Who would think that it is here. Our last night in the ATL. We have had so many memories here and have met so many good people. Our lives will indeed be much richer for those that have crossed paths with us. I hope everyone understands that this blog will not stop once we are back in Haworth. We will keep it updated on Jaques progress, and hope that you will all keep checking it.
Jaque made an A+ on her written exam for dog handler and an A++ on the oral exam. I hope that this makes those teachers at Haworth proud. She worked hard and struggled through long days to pass. Tomorrow is Eddie and Jaques public access final. We will got to Target and then to Chili's. Then we will have a graduation party for Jaque and Eddie. They are doing so great together. This morning when I woke up I glanced over at Jaque (my Angel) and there sat Eddie with his head proped slightly on the side of the bed with his nose just about 1" from her nose, being quiet and just watching Jaque sleep. It was so great. They do not want the service dogs to be protective, but I am afraid that he already is. You can see that he has been touched by the "IT" factor.
In talking with Ramona, founder of GCI she told me of one of the volunteers at GCI (Georgia Canine) whose daughter is now 25 and has been in a wheelchair most of her life. The volunteer had met Jaque one day last week. She told Ramona that she had never quite met anyone like Jaque. She said that her attitude, personality, and wonderful smile was one that she had never seen in anyone in a wheelchair before. She just could not say enough about how much Jaques attitude touched her life and inspired her. She said that she was so confident and hopeful and that she was so strong in her faith. She knew that Jaque was not going to be kept down long.
What a proud day as a parent. It is one that you just dream of. To hear that your child could touch a life like that is amazing. I just want to make sure that all of you understand that this is not something that Chris and I have done on our own. It was ALL of our family, and friends that have helped mold her and make her. See - my thought is that God is the teacher and gave us the clay, and through him we all help mold each other a little everyday. Jaque told someone yesterday that she has learned that you have to be careful what you say to someone because it just might be the last time that you see them. SO she said that she tries to make sure that everyone knows how much she loves them and what they mean to her.
Just remember - we love you all. Larissa, Toby, Bo, Lori , Courtney, Heath, Suzanne, & Presley how in the world will we every repay you. BO, thank God Lori has kept you in line all this time! We thank you for your continued prayer. You all began this journey with us on January 3. The minute I arrived and saw her, I dropped to my knees and prayed to GOD. Thank you all for doing the same. May we bless your lives the way you continue to bless ours. SEE YOU SOON!

I know you will be so glad to get home. We are going to try to meet you - got to call and see when you are coming in. Sara had to miss her first game Tues. because an interview for a scholarship we had set up and then the school set up a makeup game. The team is one of those that we beat every year 19-0 so Sara hated to miss it but knew the team had it under control. But what I wanted to tell you is that the girls texted her and told her that since she wasnt' there they wrote Jaques #5 on the mound with the cross before they prayed. Sara was so proud of them for remembering Jaque. Hope to see you tomorrow. Will call you Thursday morning. The Fants
Jaque you and Eddie looked great. It is just such a blessing to see your smile. I can't wait to see you and neither can the rest of the family. Mckenzie is waiting impatiently. PaPa and I are so very proud of you. You mean so much to us. Words will never be able to express how thankful we are that God spared your life and gave us such a miracle and blessing in your life.
We will be waiting on you tomorrow.
Gods speed, and safe travel. I pray the God sends his angels to encamp around you and your mom, dad, eddie on your trip home tomorrow and all that are traveling to see you.
May you have the best home coming and the best prom ever.
Love you so much.

Jaque,
I love you all so much and just tear up over how God is still and always will be good. We miss you all so much. You know in life we try so hard to show others that we care and love them but, still we could never love them as much as our father in heaven. To know that his very touch brings such joy is amazing. I pray that we all can get an ideal of loving one another the way he loves us. Stick together
make it work and NEVER LET THE ENEMIES LIES MAKE IT TO THE DOOR OF YOUR HEART. God says to hide his word in our hearts. I believe it is because no none every sees our heart but our father. Stay strong in everything and keep the Faith to make it through anything. We love you all so much and thank God for such a great family.
We love you The Simon Bunch
