Jaque is a miracle and we thank God for such a wonderful creation. Jeremiah 30:17 says God will restore her health and heal her wounds. Praise God for he is the same yesterday today and forever!!!!! We Love You Jaque and thank you Lord!!!!! Keep the Prayers Coming!!!!
Just in case some of you don't know who I am, I'm Jaques grandma Kay. It is so overwhelming receiving and reading these emails from each and everyone of y'all the love support and prayers that is sent out is awesome.
Sorry everyone I was trying to set up Jaque an email address so that when she gets where she can email to everyone she will already have every ones email address in it, also she can keep every ones email.
I bought Jaque a printer so that we can print these emails off as well as receiving emails from the hosp address. Also her grandpa Phillip is going to buy her a Lap Top computer so that she will be able to communicate with each and everyone of y'all.
Her mom and dad read her emails to her every night. Even though Jaque is sedated we believe that she is hearing us read to her because her blood pressure will go up.
Jaque is still about the same which is good at least not going backwards. She is still on the oscillator and they continue to keep her sedated until we can do surgery. They are pushing for next Thursday. Keep praying that the lung continue to heal and we can take her off the oscillator and put her back on just the respirator so that we can do the surgery on her back.
Jaque is quite a fighter and her strength is just unreal. Her neuro surgeon can't quite believe she is alive. Y'all keep praying for her and sending positive emails they are helping.
Her scripture is Jeremiah 30:17 her aunt Priscilla was given that scripture the night the accident happened. The scripture is For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds saith the Lord.... (KJV) It is so ironic that 30 is her basketball number and 8 is her softball number. Also Jaque will be turning 17 next week. The Lord is so good. Priscilla her aunt when praying this morning was given this scripture Psalm 34:20 she keepeth all her bones not one of them is broken and Psalm 32:34 be good courage and he shall strengthen our heart all of us that hope in the lord.
We truly believe that Jaque would not be here with out every ones prayer and it takes all of us standing together and believing.
Thank you again from all of us. I promise to email something everyday now that I have this set up for her. You can cont. to send emails to the hosp and here if you choose.
Remember Jacques birthday is next Saturday the 19Th

We just want you to know we are all looking forward to your speedy recovery and Jade especially wants to say - Get Well Soon. She has had a funny dream about you that she will have to share with you soon. Your 'team' is much bigger than just the basketball and softball teams you play on. We're cheering for ya!

Jackson,
Uncle Lane, "Aunt" Lindi and me Grandma Kay are sitting at the Ronald Mcdonald House. Uncle Lane and Aunt Lindi went to Sam's while you were in surgery and purchased some snacks and food to donate in your name to the families that have been here for a long time with their family member who is staying in the hospital. It gave great hope to those that are also praying for a miracle to hear of your miracle today. We wish you had been here to see the joy and tears on their faces when we gave them your praise report. This is miracle number 3 and now we are waiting for the complete healing that your scripture Jeremiah 30:17 promises "For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord." Your tee shirt in itself is a testimony throughout the hospital.
We love you soooo much!
Grandma Kay, Uncle Lane and "Aunt" Lindi

Love always,

Jaque--Last night I was at Catfish King (my turn to cook again) in the drive through picking up our food when Mr. Wall sent the text I had been waiting for all day! My sister called b/c she said she just felt compelled to call me for some reason, and when I explained why I was overwhelmed with tears she understood. The miracle was more than we ever could have expected, but it was all that we hoped and prayed for. Your strength and athleticism and the prayers of a multitude of people are what have pulled you through this. The power of prayer and faith in our Lord is priceless! What a blessed birthday gift to receive!!!
All my love and continued prayers--Mrs. Jones

Jaque,
I am Mrs. G the counselor at BFDC I only met you once when you all where in town and you came up to the school. You ask to see the basketball coach and I took you to the room. Your folks where visiting with Mrs. Thomas because she had them in class and was not familiar with them. After taking you to the room and they were just talking cause they could not get in the gym because they were redoing the floors. You decieded to come back to the office. The coaches came in the office after you all had left and wanted to know if he was getting a new player he was real excited. Mrs. Thomas told them who you and your family were. Aunt Terri told me all about you after that and explained to me that you had practiced with the girls while you where here. I want you to know that Terri keeps us all posted on you progress and we are all praying for you at BFDC. I know someday I will get to visit with you again, and if you are anything like Aunt Terri you are one strong young lady and your faith will help you through this time in your life. We will continue to pray for you and your family. I was Kirk's counselor and he was a very special young man to me as know you would be too. Keep Fighting...Love Mrs. G BFDC
Jaque - I've been praying for you. I don't know if you remember me or not, when you were little I bought you a cute purple cowgirl outfit & purple hat. If I can find that picture I'll send it to you ok? I am friends of your PawPaw Hall & MaMaw Hall. May God Bless your recovery!!! Take care Jaque. Much Love Sent Your Way.
Hello, this is Keith Atkinson formerly of Burns Flat. Belinda told me about Carol and her daughter and has kept me posted. Indeed, God is good. He is the eternal light, let him guide and direct you and keep you. Again, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your daughter. God Bless.
Hey Girl,
Praise God for a cheerio, applesauce, and maybe so dp. Man I tell you what I promise that I will limit myself to what I can eat to say I'm running the race with you. I'm so excited to see what God is doing in your life and the lives around us. I remember when McKenzie took some of Randy's mom's cancer medication and I had to rush her to the hospital. It sucked because they wouldn't let me back there with her and she was by herself. They looked at me like I fed her the pills or something. I asked if everything was ok and they were very hateful to me. So you know what I did exactly what We've done with your situation I prayed and looked to those around me and prayed with them. They said why are you here? I told them and they looked at me like I was crazy why are you praying with us? Your the one who needs prayer. They would ask me how she was and I said she'll be fine but they won't let me back there so I know God's got me here for some other reason. When I finally got to go back meme and cj were with me and she was 2yrs old saying thank you JESUS! I said praise God and she was a little wobbly and couldn't walk by herself but I knew to trust in my God. Because he knows all. She was a little moody with the drugs having to wear off but thank God he holds our hands and walks us through the Valley and right to victory. So remember were not always where we are for us but to bring hope to others who had none. Remember our God is an awesome God and you are his daughter therfore with him all things are possible and your recovery is all right on time. So run the race and we will be there with you we will finish together. More than conquerers through Christ. Jeremiah 30;17 is still being manifested daily and remember he has restored your health and healed every wound. We always speak of the present as the past because FAITH is not always seeing what we believe but believing what we WILL SEE! You're stronger than any woman I know and I thank God for the family we have because we're stronger than most! THROUGH JESUS CHRIST!!! IN THE NAME OF JESUS WE WILL BRING FORTH A GREAT TESTIMONY FOR ALL THE WORLD TO SEE!!! We have overcome!!! Never let anyone say different because if I would have believed them with Kenzie she wouldn't be perfect like God said she is!!!!! She was healed!!! SO ARE YOU ANGEL LOVE YOU BUNCHES AUNT PISSY!
Dear Jaque,
I work with Bill White who works with you Grandpa Danny @ the mud plant for Newpark in Clinton, Ok. Bill has been keeping me posted as to how things are coming along! Let me tell you from experience...it's going to be the longest road you have every taken in your whole entire life. You will have your ups and downs, ins and outs. Don't let anyone tell you, you can't do something, because with the inner strength and god's answers you can do anything you like. I say this from a past injury...See when I was a senior in HS during a basketball game I had my back broke going up for a rebound and a girl came down and fell on my lower back and completely broke it in 2. I was in serve pain. It took almost 3.5 hours for the EMT's to get me out of the dressing room to the ambulance. Every move they made I screamed!!! And if you have ever been out in western Oklahoma we have very very rural, bumpy, dirt road. So it wasn't an easy ride. I did not get to finish my HS year in school, for being in the hospital 24/7. But I did pass! I had back surgery in April of 92 and the put instruments in my back the 1st time and my body rejected it. They went back in a couple of days later and took the instruments out and put different metal instruments in. My body also rejected it too, and then came down with very very bad staff infection, the almost lost me once from very high fever. After they got the 2nd set of instruments out and got the staff under control they went back in and did bone fusions. Took bone from both hips and fused my lower back. Now for the recovery, it's not funny. It took me almost 2 years to go from crawling like a 5 month old baby to completely walking on both legs. My physical therapy was tough but worth every tear and scream I screamed. I just recently had back surgery again in June of 2007 and took 3 months to heal and yes go back to work. They went in from the front and back and put more bone fusion in and my stay in the hospital was only 4 days (in on a Tuesday and out by Friday @ noon). My surgery was 8 to 9 hours long. I was only on pain meds for less then 8 hours and back up walking again by 9 Wednesday morning. Now your probably wondering why I'm telling you all this? I want to give you encouragement! If you believe you can you will? I pray for you everyday and will continue even after full recovery. People with back injuries never recovery full, bad weather brings on a lot of pain for me! I will be here for any news that I here about you and will have any answers to any questions or comments you have to ask. I don't now everything there is to back injuries, just some! I'm here for you in spirit, soul, and peace of mind. You can defeat this! If you ever need to talk you may email me any time at either of the following emails:
theselmans@yahoo.com
k_selman@newparkdf.com
With you in prayer

Hey, Jaque!! It is a cold, dreary day here, but I got some great update e-mails from your mom and your dad. They are so uplifting that a bad day doesn't seem so bad anymore. I'm glad you're able to get up in your chair and give the doctors and nurses a little heck!! I know you've made an impression on them already :)
Love you,
Mrs. Jones
hey i dont know if you remember me or not, but when you came to our basketball practice over thanksgiving break, i was number 15 and i told you i liked your nails, they were zebra print!!! well i think my mom wrote you on here not to long ago and told you that i had a funny dream the other night, it wasnt really funny but it was a good one. For some reason my dream was about me getting married and i remember walking down the isle and not knowing who i was gettin married to... well at my wedding there was brochure type things and it had a picture of me and the guy i was marying.. i had never seen him before and i didnt know who he was at all... well when we were at the alter saying our vows, i remember looking into the crowd and all of my family was sitting in about the third or fourth rows,( well usually they sit in the front, right?) but i remember looking at everyone that came and you were in the front row but you were in your hospital bed,( now i know this sounds like its gonna be a bad dream but i promise its not!!) anyways you were there and it was just you in the front pew and as we were about to turn around and walk out the church you started speaking and everyone rushed over to you including me... well that part of the dream was done and right after the wedding for aome reason or another i was at a convenient store in town and my new husband pulled up and you were with him because somehow you were kin to him. but you were in the pickup and you were perfectly normal, no hospital beds no nothing like that. you were back to your old self. I always dream and i normally remember them, but i thought it was weird that i met you one time and after your accident i had this dream of you getting better within an hour.... i pray for you every night and i hope you get to feeling better and when you do get back and your back on your feet you need to came down here and just tell Terri when and we'll have to hang out sometime!!!!
love, Jade Pankratz
