Up date from Carol

Hey, we are just sitting here eating fruit loops, and bacon. What a mix, right. It is really different here. It is taking us a few days to get adjusted. They will let her have visitors after 4:30 pm on weekdays and 10:30 am to 9:00pm on weekends. She is in pretty good spirits, but missing everyone tremendously. It is hard to understand how far she has come in just a few weeks. We are pushing her to eat, and she is on a regular diet right now. That is much better. Still counting calories, but can eat what she likes. I have a feeling Chris is really going to know this area by the time we are wrapping up here.

We have this little apartment until March 1. It is free, about three blocks away. We went yesterday and took a shower, left her about an hour and a half, she was sleeping. Perfect size. They let one of us sleep with her, and other can get waiting room or a cot in the gym.

She is doing better. They really seem to try and get her ready to live in the moment. That in itself is hard, when your goal is to not be in to moment, but looking ahead. She really will not start any kind of therapy until Monday.

Patience is what it is going to take with a lot of encouragement. She is starting to hear stories of others and hopefully she will see how lucky she is. We will talk with you soon. Looks like this weekend will be slower paced. Will try and update then better.

Hey girl. Remember even babies have to crawl before they can walk. Theose folks are trying to teach you how to cope with your everyday life while you are making improvement. We know you are getting better everyday. Learn what they are teaching you and keep the faith that you won't have to use those things very long. Bow up and be tough 8. You can do it. We love you and are praying for you everyday. We miss you, but we know you are getting what you need right now. You'll see us real soon. Love you kid.

Hey Girl,
Miss you bunches and Just like craig said keep the Faith. Psalms 37:4 Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart!!!! He knows what you want and what you need. Its just like a pregnant woman we know that something inside is growing but we don't always see whats going on. We know Jaq that God is and has healed you we just don't always see what's going on in the inside. So keep your head up and remember and repeat Jeremiah 30:17 God has restored my health and healed my wounds. That doesn't mean he just closed them it means HEALED THEM made whole!!! God loves you he's just like your daddy here on earth and when we fall he is right there to pick us up. One thing different he knows everything and still says thats my girl and I will protect her. When we are tired or make mistakes he already knows just say I'm sorry and let him be your DADDY so he can do the work. So many forget and that's how they lose their focus. Thank him daily and remember the promises he gave you. Repeat them to him!! Stand Firm!! Love you, All things are possible to those who will BELIEVE. So many give up before they receive the full package. If you get a new bat the object is to use it not put it in the corner. So use God's word and continue to see him work.
We love you!!

Jacque, Hi again. I'm Jonell Whitehead from Colbert. I was Coach Reynolds' computer teacher. (I taught her how to type) I want to share something exciting with you. You and Ashley Reese have something in common other than softball. She (like you) was chosen basketball homecoming queen on Friday night. As they were crowning her on Friday, you crossed my thoughts. Everyone at Colbert is so excited about your progress. Remember, you have an invitation to come to our school and visit. We'll roll out the red carpet for you.

Browning prays for you every night at his bedtime prayers. Ginny and I are keeping you and your family in our prayers.
